IP Telephony

We setup an IP phone system for the office today and I can tell you 3 great things about it.

1. Zopier is the softphone of choice for OS X. Worked first time!
2. Ip telephony CAN work on an SME basis.
3. Leaving rude voicemails for other staff is free so you should do this as much as possible…
